BR Whitby Town Parcel Paid Label overprinted 'NYMR' within box in black.

These labels were used by the in the early years by the NYMR for covers sent over the main line system.

8th June 2005. 150th Anniversary of the Service between Whitby and Tunnel.
BR To Be Called For Label overprinted 'BR Fee £2-08'.

Two types exist, with and without a red circle around ‘BR Fee’.

'Stirling' was incorrectly spelt 'Sterling' on this issue. A few stamps appeared on the market, 500 sheets were cancelled with the Grosmont booking office cancel and issued, the rest were destroyed.
